These terms cover your use of the Kin Da Thai & Sushi website and our phone, online and text message ordering. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Orders. Menu prices and availability can change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, when we cannot confirm the order, or when an order appears to be fraudulent or abusive. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it.
Allergies. Our kitchen handles common food allergens. Please tell us about any allergy when you order. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free of allergens.
Your information. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies.

Text messaging terms
Program name: Kin Da Thai & Sushi Ordering.
What you will receive: text messages about orders you place with us, such as order confirmations, notices that your order is ready, and questions about your order.
How you opt in: by texting our restaurant number to place an order, or by giving us your mobile number with an order and agreeing to receive texts.
- Message frequency varies with your orders.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. After you reply STOP, we send one message confirming that you have opted out.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (240) 582-5122.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
